Going the extra country mile
Harris Associates’ director Jill Harris led from the front recently as she took the company’s mantra of going the extra mile and kept on running with it!
Tasked with photographing five room sets Harris and Washroom Washroom set about devising a strategy that would save as much money as possible without compromising quality.
To save the time and inconvenience of the client traipsing 200 miles north to use Harris’ very own photographic studio, a barn in Essex was selected as a makeshift studio…and it was still in partial use!
As the barn was entirely unsecured all the lights and cameras had to be dismantled at the end of the day and reassembled the following morning…if that’s not going the extra mile then we don’t know what is!
